We are looking for bartenders and servers to provide best in class service to guests in our current taproom location, Brewery Legitimus, in New Hartford and our new restaurant location, The Lunette, in Collinsville. Responsibilities

•Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
•Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations
•Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations
•Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
•Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant

Qualifications

•Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
•Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
•Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
•Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
•Outstanding time management and organizational skills Brewery Legitimus
