Salesforce Administrator

In this role, you will be assisting Consilium team members by building and supporting solutions related to Salesforce functionality, data, and system performance as well as be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales team to grow revenues for the company. You will also investigate and resolve user-reported issues.

Key areas of focus:

• Configure Salesforce functions including custom objects, custom settings, profiles, roles, permission sets, Lightning Flow, validation rules, workflows, process builder, managed packages, reports & dashboards
• Build dashboards via Salesforce tools to provide insights on critical metrics
• Work closely with business leaders to review sales operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
• Identify education, development and tooling needs for the Sales team
• Create and maintain detailed reports & dashboards, deployment and training documents to improve sales efficiency on team management and supporting sales growth
• Manage data cleanliness and accuracy using Data Loader
• Monitor and troubleshoot reported issues, resolving or escalating issues as they come in
• Serve as subject matter expert for CRM and other integrated tools
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

What you will need to have:

• Minimum 2 years in a Salesforce Administrator role
• Strong organizational skills, time-management skills, attention to detail, and strong initiative
• Ability to document, present and report key findings for a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with an ATS platform
• One or more Salesforce certifications (i.e., Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Developer
